We ask new patients to arrive 20 minutes prior to their first appointment in order to complete all necessary paperwork. This allows us to better assist you with filing insurance claims on your behalf.
Existing patients should arrive 5 minutes prior to their appointment time. Our front desk will check you in and let you know of any updated information that we may need.
Our office asks that patients kindly notify us at least 24 hours prior to an appointment if there is a need to reschedule. This allows us to adjust our schedule in order to better serve all of our patients. Repetitive cancellations may result in a fee or dismissal from the office.
Our office makes every effort to care for our patients when they experience dental related emergencies such as pain or trauma. When possible, please contact us during regular office hours so we can help address your concern. If you are calling after hours you will be prompted through our telephone system to contact a member of our staff about your condition. We will return your call as soon as absolutely possible.
Common concerns that are deemed a dental emergency may include:
- Broken or fractured teeth
- Loss of a tooth
- Toothache
- Abscessed tooth
- Broken filling
- Loss of a crown
- Broken dental appliance such as a partial or denture
- Facial trauma or injury
Depending on the circumstances, we may need to see you in the office as soon as possible, or the condition may be able to be seen during the next business day. Our staff will provide a consultation over the phone to determine what the proper course of action should be.
